Need a quick dessert this weekend? I just made this and thought I’d share it here because it’s so easy I can do it..
I am not a food blogger by any stretch of the imagination, so please excuse the lack of photos and descriptive terminology. This is a simple pie to make for those of us that aren’t Martha.

Frozen Strawberry Oreo Pie:
1 14oz can condensed sweetened milk
1 tub Cool Whip (divided)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Oreo crust pie shell
4 c. sliced strawberries total (I actually use 1 cup sliced frozen (thawed) strawberries in the juice and 1 cup fresh sliced to mash- and 2 fresh cups sliced)
In large bowl mash 1 cup of (thawed) frozen sliced strawberries in juice & 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries.
Add 1 can of condensed milk.
Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Add 1/2 tub of cool whip
Pour into Oreo pie shell, cover with the plastic lid- put in freezer for 7-8 hours.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sliced strawberries. Can serve immediately or keep in freezer until ready to serve. I usually let it thaw about 10 minutes before plating.
See, told you it was easy! I get asked for this recipe every time I make it- just knocked out 3 this morning for a bbq today.
Of course you can change up the ingredients- get a different flavored shell, use low fat Cool Whip, or use only fresh strawberries. This pie is so easy it’s really hard to screw it up!by
