Feelin’ Fancy: For US & Expats alike!

Today is going to be nuts. As I type this it’s only 8am and the house is falling apart by means of children that slept like garbage—which means so did their parents. We have a serious case of the whines today and I am already ready for a nap.

Oh and my sister is going to be here in just a couple of hours. Why do they have to do this now?????

So since things are a little crazy today I just have a few quick things that I wanted to share. I promise they’re good!

Here are the boys feelin’ fancy. Well, I should say- cool.

I’m feeling really fancy because I received an email from House Hunters International last night asking me if I was interested in another project. Well- you know- since our episode is probably SO AWESOME (airing July 11th) they had to to have us back! Just kidding. This lady didn’t even know me- but she is looking for home owning expats that are doing a home renovation project on their home for a new spin off. We are a) not homeowners and b) could not be further away from doing any home reno projects, so I told her I would be more than happy to share it with the expat community. If this applies to you, please email me and I can put you in touch!– See? Told you I was fancy.

You know I love my Madsen. I IG it all the time and wax poetic about cruising around with the boys. Well, I learned that my friend Jared Madsen of Madsen Cycles has partnered with Albion Fit on Facebook for one HECK of a swell giveaway. The prize is your very own blue Madsen AND $1,000 worth of Albion Fit workout clothing. Awesomeness. Go to the Albion Fit FB page for details on how to enter (linked above). Do it soon, I think it ends the 4th.

I’m heading to Ireland on Thursday! Yes! My sister and I take off and will be spending Thurs and Friday in Cork, Saturday in Waterford and Sunday in Dublin. I’ve been dreaming of Ireland my whole life and I can’t believe it’s happening. If you don’t hear from me I fell into a pot of gold and am never coming out.

Bonus random:

I think an actress liked a photo of mine on IG. I am trying to figure out if she’s for real or if this is just some wackadoo fan posing as her- but it’s the Dutch actress who plays Melisandre in Game of Thrones! She commented with a ;P on a pic of me by the Dutch flag. How cool and random is that?!?!?!

Hope you have a great week and I hope to be able to post from my phone once we get there. Don’t get sick of me on IG either- I have a feeling Ireland is going to be pretty darn gorgeous so it’s not my fault. In fact, come with me @Momofthreeunder. We’ll share a Guinness!

–I am not affiliated with this contest between Madsen and Albion Fit. I just love love love them and want to share.

The boys look extremely cool but what else would you expect when their mom is getting calls from TV networks and actresses liking their IG photos?! The apple doesn’t fall far. 😉

Have a wonderful time in Ireland. If you run into U2, please tell them that I have loved them since I was 8 years old.

Ha! Not quite phone calls. But I will take that IG fame. My husband by the way isn’t impressed with that. GAH.

And if I can get a minute alone with Bono- you will be the first thing I bring up 🙂

Hahhah! Well, the grocery people do not think I am fancy enough. I got a stern phone call from them today as I wasn’t at home in time for the delivery. Sheesh. You’d think they knew of my fame!

Loved your update… whether you guys are whiney & slept like garbage or not (frankly, it’s nice to know you’re normal) – I say you have a really exciting life!

Have a WONDERFUL time with sis in Ireland. Can’t wait to follow along on IG. 🙂

Oh we’re all normal-all.the.time up in here my friend. For example, it’s now 8:40 and we’ve been working on bedtime since 7. I gave up and left my husband to fend for himself. I sure hope they don’t eat him.
